I would like to know how is it that you classify the rainbow chickens as halaal when even you state in your letter (Sanha letter) facts that make the chickens haraam. You write that the treatment given to the chickens are absolutely gross and brutal, obviously such treatment cannot be given to animals especially ones we are going to consume. Imagine the cry of the innocent bird to its Creator? Further more the chicken being dunked into hot water while its entrails are still inside will cause the impurity to be absorbed by the flesh. Is this not dirty and impure?

By this it is obvious that you doubt that some of the chickens are alive after they are stunned. On what basis after these admissions can you say that rainbow chickens are still halaal?
