Respected Mufti Sahab, this is a problem and I need a solution from you. The problem is that in a house the Husband and Wife both are Sahabe Nisab so both decided to do Qurbani. The Husband has two businesses one halal and one haram. The halal money which comes he give it to the wife to keep. He bought a Cow for Qurbani with the haram money and paid the seller the money and brought the Cow home. Now he knew that it was of haram money so he told the wife to take the cow by taking Rs 10000- extra from her from the halal money. Simply saying he sold the cow to his wife at Rs 10000- more. That is if he purchase the cow from haram money of Rs 30000- he sold the cow to her wife at Rs.40000-( full halal money) the wife gave him Rs,40000- full halal money which he kept it himself as he had already paid the seller of the cow from haram money.
So the question is : The aminal which was sold to the wife by the husband as mentioned above. Is the aminal now halal for qurbani and will the qurbani be valid and accepted and can one eat this meat of qurbani.
