Quraan falling out of hands

Most of the times when I read Quraan it often falls off from my hands. What is the readily cause of this act. Is it from Shaytaan or is it a just mere act?

Adopt some etiquette. Sit properly and firmly facing Qibla. Be focussed. Do not read when sleep is over coming you. After 15 minutes, close Quraan, walk around and then resume if you want to. Do not strain and stress. Allaah will make it easy for you. Make Duaa that it (falling of the Quraan) does not happen again.
