Salaams respected Mufti.

1) I gave birth four years back and took ill after giving birth. Was admitted into ICU a week after giving birth. During this week of illness I begged Allah to cure me and promised to keep a month’s fast if I recover. I was rather ill at the time and now realize I should not have done that. Do I still have to keep these 30 fast?

2) I?also missed 30 roza due to my illness and due to confinement. I have been keeping the missed fast slowly. My concern is that I will be going for hajj this year inshaa Allah, and there are not enough days before hajj to keep all my kazaa roza.
Will my hajj not be accepted because of this? I am keeping whatever kazaa I can keep before I leave

1) Keep 3 consecutive fasts as Kaffara for not fulfilling the promise.

2) Qadha fasts and Hajj are two different acts. Keep as many Qadha fasts before Hajj and before the Days of Hajj. Then after Hajj complete the remaining Qadha fasts. The Hajj will not be affected by the incomplete Qadha Fast.
