Assalaammualaikum mufti. I have missed alot of salaah since I became baaligh but cannot remember at what age it was. Do I estimate from the age of 9 and do I work out using islamic dates or english dates?

If you are female then use the age you began menstruating and if you are male then you may use the age of 15.
