Problems with reading Quraan

In the office I lead the prayer as I am the only one who has a beard. So I become Imam but fear that I do not read quran correctly how can I lead as an imam. Though Alhamdulillah! I the surah fathiya and other small surah which are read in salah which I know are correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. But then also I keep getting these thoughts and I think that I should not lead the namaz and instead read the salah individually. What to do in such situation.
