Problems in marriage

I saw my grandmother for the first time since she died in 2006,the dream was very vivid….. I saw that my medical report has come and its written in it that I’m carrying a fetus of a boy and I am 5 or 6 weeks pregnant, at which I am surprised because I have no idea that I am pregnant. I decided to keep it a surprise and go to the ground portion of my house where my grandmother visits me, she is looking very happy and nice, she again and again told me to see her properly so that I won’t forget that I really saw and talked to her, then she and I and another girl I dont know sit down to eat. The table was full of food and the main item was very nicely cooked rice which were served on very large beautiful dishes ( I still recall vividly the exact designs of these dishes). As we sat down and eat I see my belly and feel that there really is a bump, but I keep silent at which my grandma says that she will not be there when the good news will happen in 8 months I smile and say no grandma you will be there she says no I will be gone but take the gold and gifts that are given by grandparents on such good news. I say again no you will be there and she smiles and says no but take gifts ok then I woke up ( I saw this dream right before fajr) and I felt really happy for days after I saw this dream.
Things doesn’t seems to work out well as my husband or inlaws are not taking any interest in reconcilation but I feel hopeful because of these dreams
