Assalamualaikum, I have a hyperactive cowpers gland (diagnosed by a urologist), this means that pre-seminal fluid leaks all the time in small quantities/drops from my private part without any erection or excitement. Is it okay that my underpants or boxers gets messed with a few drops and i proceed with salaah, quraan, etc? Jazakallah
