Permissibility of using one babies clothing for the next child

Question

1)Can the clothes given as a gift for a baby be used later on by the parents for their future children?if not than what must be done with it? wont it be considered as israaf to keep buying new clothes for each child when there are available clothes which are in good condition?
2)parents are given money for a baby which they use to buy a cot or toys is this permissible or must the money be kept for the child? What should be done later when the child has no longer has use for these items?again will it be permissible to use it for future kidz? Jazakallah

1) May be used. If you can afford, there is no harm in buying new. Give old in charity.
2) Can be used for the benefit of the child, can be give in charity. Can be used for future children.
