Dear muftisab, As salaamu alaikum, My plot was obtained illeaglly by our far off realitives by using force and illegal documents and haraam methods, then he builds a mosque on one part of the plot, what is the ruling for us to pray namaz in this mosque as it is built on a land that is not obtained cleanly and is the namaaz valid. There are quite a few people who know about the historty of this mosque and refrain from praying in that mosque. Jazakallah
