I cannot understand the confusion. How can 2 birds be slaughtered in 1 second. Which means reading the Tasmiyyah severing 2 blood vessels, the gulle and windpipe whilst blood is blurring the vision. Those who certify such chickens have lost the fear of Allaah and sold their souls for a paultry sum.
