Slms Mufti We have to take out a Builders all risk insurance on behalf of the client to indemnify him against losses due to fire, vandalism, lightning, wind, and similar forces and a Public Liability insurance which covers injury or damage to the public or adjacent building which are part of the contract. in some instances this is also a condition for musjid construction. is it permissible?
