Permissibility of a Muslim getting organ donors

Assala mualaikum
If body parts have been taken out from a dead body like eyes kidney etc,will it be permissible for a muslim patient who is in need of a eye or kidney to use the body parts? could you also please provide reference.Jazakumullah
