With regards to Pension/provident funds :
My wife and i both work and have Pension/Provident funds . Upon death when the company pays out 3 x annual salary apart from what is still due from the Pension/provident fund .Does this form part of the estates as we are requested to nominate benefeciaries and we both agreed to put our names as benefeciaries and
the full payments upon death of either my wife or myself is gifted to each other .
Does apply as well to the balance of what is in the funds as we both agreed that this
is a gift from myself to my wife and vice versa . In the case she leaves work and the balance is paid out does she keep the funds,as this was gifted to the husband or vice versa .
