A person saw an item and then, after a certain period of time he purchased the same, without seeing it a second time. Is the option of seeing it valid for him or not?

If the item is still in the same condition that he saw it the first time, then he has no choice of seeing it again. But if it has changed, then he has a choice (Kitaabul Buyoo).
