Assalaamu Alaykum
. I would really appreciate if this question is not published in any magazines.
I am an accountant for a large company and during a visit to a client (involved in dry cleaning business) an employee at the company and I held a discussion. The employee told me that there was a certain sector of the dry cleaning business that he had been informing his company about but which his company is not really interested in pursuing. He informed me that It is a viable businesss option , all that i have to do is the following :
Set up a Close Corporation
. Make him a partner
. Go out into the market and find our own customers
. Once we have the customers enter into a contract with his Dry Cleaning company to provide us with the service of cleaning the clothing etc. We will be boosting the Dry Cleaning company’s business as a result .

The only problem is that his company has a policy that employees disclose their business interest and he is reluctant to inform his company as he might lose his job or we may not get the contract. We would like to use his company as they have sound performance etc. Will the income i earn from running this collection business of peoples clothing be halaal as my partner is not willing to disclose to his company that he is a member of the Close corporation. We are simply using the Dry Cleaning company as a supplier and finding our own clients.
