Open during jumuah with women making sales

As salaam mu Alaikum

Please advise on a shop being open at a mall during Jumuah, all the Muslim staff will be allowed to go for Salaah, Can one continue working on a car if the product was sold before Jumuah and if ladies are at the store can they make a sale.
