No marital relationship with wife

Question

What can a man do if his wife refuses to be with him, cannot touch her, no intimate relationship, all she does is speak what is nessary for her to speak, we stay in the same house but are total stranges, she will answer my questions if she wishes, tells me I should seek someone else if I want to be intimate.

Call two members of her family and two members from your side to resolve the matter. Failing which call the Wakeel and the Witnesses of your Nikaah to address the issue. If this fails as well then go to your local Ulema Body for aid and support.
