Najis and floor

Brother i occasionally sometime wet myself. Today i woke up and saw my top wet, i smelled it but becuase of my ocd i couldn’t make my mind up whether it was urine or sweat. These days it’s cold so i dont know how it can be sweat. But the trouser which i wore didnt have elastic so it was loose. I think the trouser might have fell down and it would have touched the floor and i became wet. I check my bedsheet and blanket and i didnt see any wetness. I check the trouser and it was dry. I went toilet with that top on i touch to identify whether it was urine or sweat and touch another object. I wash those. When i wash my hands i pick my phone using tissue and i throw it on the floor. Does floor became najis. I took shower and changed clothes. Should i wash every object that i touch.
