Missing a rakaat behind imaam

Question

If I miss the first rakaat of Zuhr Fardh, after the imaam makes salaam and I stand up for my last rakaat, do I read Surah Fatiha and A surah or only Surah Fatiha  in that Rakaat?

Method of completion is as follows, Stand up and read Sura Faatiha and a Surah, that is now your second rakaat therefore sit and read At- Tahiyaat, stand for your third rakaat and read Sura Faatiha and a Sura and then in your fourth Rakaat read only Sura Faatiha.
