Missed fajr

If i had missed Fajr Salaah, with Jamaat. When can i read it. That is if Ishraq has already set in. And also before sunrise, can i read Fajr when the sky appears brighter. Jazakallah.

After sunrise read the 2 Rakaats Qaza of Sunnat then Qaza of 2 Rakaats of Fajr Fardh.
