AWW Mufti. This questions pertains to men and gold. I collect and trade in fine Swiss watches. I also wear some from time to time. One of the famous brands, Rolex, has begun to use certain components in the watch that are made of white gold in order to ensure freedom from corrosion as gold is a stable element. The amount of gold used in each watch is really small, possibly half a gram, and the watch has no gold coloured features at all. The rest of the watch is made of steel and platinum and other fine metals. Would it be permissable to wear such a watch.
