Assalamualaikum Mufti Saheb
In light of the Saudi Fatwa below where it is mentioned that ” the meanings of Aayat changes when they are not complete”. I regularly play the Quran while driving. When I reach my destination and switch off the vehicle the Quran recital automatically stops playing and continues to play when the vehicle is used again. Does this ruling about the Aayat not being complete apply here as well? Should i not play the Quran recital while driving?
Saudi council of Muftis have given an unanimous Fatwa that ring tones
on QURAN AAYAT are haraam because the AAYAT are not complete when we
pick the phone and meanings of AAYAT changes when they are not complete.
QURAN is for Hidayat and not for ring tones,
