Massallah regarding Haiz

Assalamu Alaykoum,
During ramadan a woman has been bleeding on and off for 1 week, mostly staying clean during the day and bleeding slightly/or having brown discharge at night. Does this week count as haiz? Since she is uncertain of whether she will bleed again, must she have ghusl each time she think she’s clean and fast and perform salaat and read Quran? Or should she wait for 10 days before fasting and touching Quran etc?
