Massallah regarding fairness with two wives

With regard to having 2 wives in Islam, kindly advise on the following matter…

I am a 2nd wife, and need clearification on fairness when it comes to the 1st wife and myself.

I have been married to my husband for 10 years, and in that time he has bought a house, and is currently renovating … for the other wife.

I , on the otherhand, am renting a flat …for years!

Is this fair?

This is not fair. What the first wife gets the second wife must get. All that is dividable must be given equally e.g. Car, House, and Washing Machine. That which cannot be possibly equally divided may not be divided equally e.g. love, emotion.
