Massallah pertaining to taraweeh Salaah and women

Question

Assalamu Alaykoum,
1. Is it obligatory for women to perform 20 rakaats of taraweeh?
2. Can we perform taraweeh in rakaats of 4 instead of 2?
3. Are we allowed to read any part of the Quran during taraweeh (for example, first 5 verses of different Surah) or should we read only Surahs that we have memorised entirely?
4. Are we allowed to hold/read from the Quran during Taraweeh salaat?
