Massallah pertaining to talaaq

asalaamu alaikum respected mufti
my neighbours son has been married for one year and 3 months know.
he and his wife has been having many problems and disagreements.
about three weeks ago their was a big fuss between the two and he became very
angry and said talaaq talaaq talaaq 3 times.he then left the flat and went to his
parents house.she then went to her parents house. now he says that he regrets and want to reconcile.is this allowed.
since then she is not allowing him to see his 6mnths old son.
he has been to her parents house many times,she also wants to reconcile
but says he must have no relationship with his parents then she will allow him to see his son and only at her parents house.my neighbour needs advice,how can i advice her. jazaak allah

The Talaaq is valid.
The process of 'Halaala' is the only way out.
Both parties must get together to discuss visitation rights.
She should not present him these rights.
