Massallah pertaining to signing a lease

Assalaamu Alaikum Mufti,
A husband owns a property and signs a lease for his wife to rent the property from him. The husband then talaaq’s his wife.
If a witness did not sign the document at the time the husband and wife signed but the witness was present, is the lease agreement still valid?
