Massallah pertaining to signing a lease

Assalaamu Alaikum Mufti,
A husband owns a property and signs a lease for his wife to rent the property from him. The husband then talaaq’s his wife.
Is the lease still valid after the talaaq, i.e. is the wife still allowed to occupy the property until the lease expires?
