Massallah pertaining to reading Namaaz at home for men

the hadith regarding where the prophet said he will burn the houses of the man who reads there namaaz at home if it it was not for the women and children
1.)is this only for the fardh namaaz
2.)is the sunnah and wajib that is read at home same reward as that read in the musjid
