Massallah pertaining to one Talaaq

my wife and i are on the first talak reason being that i messed up big time with her.
i did take loans for my family and did not take good care of her.i still love her and the last loan i took to open a bussiness but the person did me down.now i am paying for these loans.wen we met we were so much in love.we had lots of arguments regarding finance but the last loan that i took was to give her a better life and i told her that but she still does not want to level the talak.i am trying and we have a son who is 8yrs old.he misses me alot.wen i am there she gets calls from other guys but all she says that they are just friends.she still calls me to take her out on weekends and her parents don’t mind it.i know she is realy upset with me but i am trying to make her change her mind.
please advice me what should i do.we were maried for 9yrs
