Assalamu Alaikum If a third person conducts my Nikah with a woman without me making him my proxy (wakeel)
After this Nikah news come to me , Can I also accept this Nikah practically like if I send the prescribed Mehr to that woman as a form of acceptance. Will Nikah be valid this way as well?? OR
Is it necessary to accept Nikah verbally or it can also be accepted practically like I mentioned to you above. Wassalam
