Massallah pertaining to Nikaah

Asalaamualaikum Respected Mufti
1. Which family has more right to the actual time of the nikah eg zuhr, asr,magrib, esha. the man or the woman's famil?
2. What is the preferred time to perfom a nikah, please give me a reference if any. eg sunnat time
3. Who performed the nikahs of Rasoolullah (saw) to his wives?
4. Which was the greatest marriage of all time according to islam?
5. When Rasoolullah (saw) received wahi and given nabuwat , did he hav to reperform his nikah to bibi Khadija (ra) and if so after which salaah?
