Massallah pertaining to Namaaz

Assalamu Alaykum Mufti,
I would like to know in 4 Rakaat Salaah , after first 2 Rakaat when you sit and read Atahiyat .. do we read Sallahu Alayhi Wassallam at the end because Nabi(peace be upon him) name is mentioned and then do we stand up for the 3rd Rakaat?
