the scenario is the following with a three part question on money given as Lillah to a Masjid for building-renovations…etc…
for a few years, money has been donated as Lillah to a Masjid for the purposes of building-renovations – however delays for various reasons have occurred – and the financials are posted on the notice board showing that the Lillah has grown year-on-year…
would it be correct and Jaiz to ask for the Lillah to be returned, so that this can be disbursed as Lillah elsewhere?
