Massallah pertaining to Istihatha and changing of ones pad before reading Namaaz

Question

salams.i would like to ask
(1)if a woman is on istihada and there is blood on her pad before she can read her salah.does she have to remove that pad before she reads salat?
(2)is there any duas that could be read if a girl wants to get married quickly?

1) Best to remove, wash, put new pad, then make Wudhu.
