Salaam MUFTI, I have two sons one daughter wife & one sister how must my will be made out. Also we are all living in my house if on my passing away they do not want to sell the house what do we do in a case like this. Shukran

Daughter gets 7/40
Wife gets 1/8
Full sister gets NONE
The house will be evaluated. Current market related value to be used. Internal sales can then take places.
