Massallah pertaining to inheritance

Question ID: 40960

Assalamualikum Mufti Saab,
i have a question on inheritance
Scenario one
In 1985 (when I was 8 years old), my late grandfather made a will via the solicitior and appointed 2 executers to carry out the will upon his death. His will stated that when I was to turn 18, I would inherit his property (that we all lived in), my late grandfather and late stepgrandmother would have full rights to reside in the property. At the time of his will, my grandfather had a wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters. My grandfather passed away on 27th Aug 1998, my dad passed away 29th Aug 1998, my uncle passed 26th Dec 1987, my grandma passed away 23rd Aug 2007. Today my late grandfather has 2 surviving daughters only. Please clarify if property is to be divided or to remain in my possession. My late grandmother passed in 1971, she owned a piece of land in India, today the land is looked after by her brother.
At the time when she passed away, my grandfather was alive aswell his 4 children (my dad, uncle and 2 aunties). Today only my 2 aunties survive
Dates to be considered:
My grandad passed away 27th Aug 1998
My !st grandmaa passed away 1971
My dad passed 29th Aug 1998
My 2nd grandmaa passed away 23rd Aug 2007

My uncle passed away 26th Dec 1987 (no surviving family)
