assalaamu-alikum could mufti please answer the following questions for me. how will my fathers estate be distributed if he is survived by a mother, a wife, a son, 3 daughters, a newly born grandson (baby still in hospital in icu – one month old) and 2 brothers (note – youngest brother not married and staying with us)?
