Massallah pertaining to having Wudhu and touching kitaabs

Assalamu Alaykum Mufti,
I would like to know if it is necessary to have Wudhu when
touching a Kitaab that has some Qur’an verses inside

No, if the Quraanic ayaats are less then non-Quraanic script.
