Massallah pertaining to Hajj

Question ID: 24662

Assalamu Alaykum,
1. We are planning to perform Hajj next month InshaAllah. However, I am very concerned with issues regarding my menstruation, which is very irregular and I’ve been having istihaadha during the past months. I have seen a doctor and was prescribed bc pills but these are making me sick and I fear that the matter will become worse with the accumulated intake by next month. What would Mufti suggest to do plz?
2. What are the restrictions during time of haiz regarding entering Haram Sharif, looking at Kabah, Tawaf, Saee, entering Masjid Nabawi, visiting Nabi SAW grave and other places of ziyarah?
3. Some people say that Tawaaf e Ziyarah is compulsory while others maintain that if a lady doesn’t attain purity before leaving Mecca, she may not perform it. Which one is correct plz? Is dam required?
4. Are women allowed to wear gloves and leather sock in state of Ihram?
Jazak Allah Khair

1) Consult female doctor who has been for Hajj.
2) In haiz you cannot enter Masjid. Can make Saee, can go for Hajj - do everything but not Tawaaf Ziyaraat. Obviously no Salaat or touching of Quraan. Can visit places.
3) As a last resort will make Ghusl, use pad, make Tawaaf, give camel as Damm and come back hom.
