Regarding Tawaf-e-Widaa
1) Is this Tawaaf Fardh?
2) What are the consequences if one leaves for home without performing Tawaf-e-Widaa?
3) Is this Tawaaf waved for a menstruating woman?
4) What should a woman do if hse is on her way to Makkah and has not left the boundry of Makkah and her menstruation stops?

2) Give a goat (Damm) in boundaries of Haram
3) Yes
4) Make then Tawaaf-e-Widaa before departing
