Massallah pertaining to calculation of Zakaah

1. Does one calculate zakaat on pension funds even though one doesnt have direct access to the funds?
2. Is “islamic banking” allowed even though the end result is similar to conventional banking but tools just called something else?
3. why is it that eid salaah is brought so early in the morning? was this a practice of past? its an impression that bussiness has taken priority and preference over deen.(ppl want to get it over and done with)
