Massallah pertaining to being in a business partnership

i am going into a partneship with a muslim brother.i will give him $100 000 and he garantees a return of not less than 10% a month.i will not be involved in the bussiness and do not know if he will put any money of he s own.all i will get is a paymant at the end of the month.
