If mass I’tikaaf is not permissible in Ramadhan, is mass Nafl I’tikaaf permitted outside Ramadhan in the Masjid, because then the programmes that will take place, led by the Shaykh, will be not to dissimilar to those conducted by the Tabligh Jamat at fixed times during the day?
The Masjid can be used for learning and teaching purposes. If there are class rooms attached to the Masjid, then there teaching programmes should be done there.
Nafl Itikhaaf is permissible all the time. Organised mass Nafl Itikhaaf is not proven.
