Assalaam ualikum please advise I broke my leg and ankle had an operation. The doctor has ordered me to stay in bed for 2 weeks. A family visitor asked me not to make Wudu and to make Tayamum. What should I do?

You must wash those areas that are not in plaster. Make Masah on the plaster.
