Making up for missed fasts

Assalamualaikum mufti sahab…yesterday while fasting suddenly I got fever and the mercury was about 103f and my condition was so unstable for which I was forced to break the fast still am under medication.Alhamdulillah I had kept all the fasts except the last two for which am so dissappointed by self…would you please suggest to me how can I complete these two fasts….do remember in your valuable supplications.
