linking with the ulema

as salaam. elders tell us to link ourselves with the ulama. can mufti tell me few guidelines. if i want to consult with mufti in deeni matters how can i contact mufti. is email fine?

Look for a practical practicing Alim.Not one who says something and does something else.Address your questions to him.You may talk to us via email
