Kneeling down before boss

To kneel has become a form of worship in some religions. In some countries workers, when giving something to their superior kneel , whilst doing so. However, this creates a distinct difference between master and servant, ruler and ruled, boss and worker, whereas the spirit of Islaam promotes that there should be progress to external, internal, financial equality. Thus this custom of kneeling as prevalent in some civilizations should be avoided and the boss should be the one calling for its abolishment.
