Keeping a tissue in hand during salaah

I have a flu. When in Salaah there is the risk of sneezing and fluids going everywhere. Is it permissible to keep a handkerchieftissue in one hand so when their requirement to blow or wipe the nose one is able to do so without much movement avoiding amala-katheer?
